A seasonal and sustainably focused restaurant, Provision features fare produced at regional and local farms as well as produce from CRG Grow—a greenhouse owned and operated by Cunningham Restaurant Group. The CRG team has worked with and established relationships with these farmers to make sure that every plate includes fresh, local ingredients to achieve the highest quality dining experience.

Executive Chef, Aaron Bender
Inspired by his growing passion and love of food, Chef Aaron Bender partners with local and regional farmers to create his seasonal menu at Provision. The change in seasons in the Midwest provides him an opportunity to work with a multitude of ingredients throughout the year.
Chef Aaron Bender has been a member of Cunningham Restaurant Group's culinary team since 2015. Prior to being named Executive Chef at Provision, Chef Aaron Bender held the role of Executive Chef at Mesh in both Indianapolis & Louisville, KY.
Outside of his busy schedule at Provision, Chef Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife & their two year old daughter, Layla.
