Zesty’s is one of the region’s preeminent seafood restaurants, serving delightful Mediterranean fare. Chef/Owner Tom Konidaris has been in the restaurant business since 1969 and makes a point of personally visiting the table and explaining the healthy way he cooks with grape seed and olive oils. Konidaris recently began re-ordering seafood directly from purveyors in the Mediterranean and has constructed a large case in the dining room with the 15 varieties of the day’s fresh fish, packed in ice and ready for the guests to peruse.
