The hamburger is over 100 years old. It’s a classic, purely American icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. BRU is an ode to our love….the burger. Paired with a beer, we can’t imagine what could be much better. BRU features gourmet chef burgers as well as veggie, turkey and ahi tuna varieties. Fresh salads, sandwiches, fries, onion rings and hand dipped milkshakes round out our exciting menu. In addition, BRU has over 16 craft beers on draught along with an additional 40 bottles from around the world.

Corporate Chef, Carl Chambers

Chef Carl Chambers has been a part of Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) for the past seven years. He currently oversees 23 restaurants, helping open new restaurants while maintaining new seasonal menu changes for the rest.

Chef Chambers participates in many local events and fundraisers while upholding the CRG vision statement, “In the communities we serve, we will be the restaurant of choice for delighting our guests.”

After receiving his associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Chef Chambers worked at a steak house in North Carolina. After leaving Blue Restaurant in North Carolina Chef Chambers ventured west to Portland, Oregon where the food scene changed the way he looked at creating seasonal menus that guests enjoy.

Chef Chambers currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife Rachael, and children Harper, Avery, and Henry
