Chef, Greg Tobin

Chef Greg Tobin received his culinary training from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. Currently, Chef Greg is the Executive Chef at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel. Since joining the team a year ago, he has been on an artistic culinary journey. His concept is unique with a strong emphasis on seasonality and locality. While guests are staying at the Renaissance, they are able to experience Indiana through his cuisines that are inspired by local farms and products. Chef Greg is able to tell a story about the city through his food while staying true to what inspires him; which is his family and creating personal and memorable experiences through his dishes.
