Souvlaki With Lamb or Chicken

Serves 2-4

Ingredients for Souvlaki

2 lbs Meat, Leg of Lamb
or 2 lbs Chicken Breast
Salt
Pepper
Garlic, granulated
Lemon Juice
Greek Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method for Souvlaki

• Cut the meat in 2 ½ inch cubes.
• Rub salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, greek oregano, into the meat.
• Add the Greek extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and mix it well.
• Marinate the meat for a 5 hours in the refrigerator.
• Then skewer the meat with or without vegetables.
• Put it on the grill and cook until ready.
• Make a mixture of 1 cup Greek olive oil, juice of two lemons, tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, tsp garlic and greek oregano and brush it on the skewers while your grilling.
