Executive Chef Edward Rollins
Chef Rollins started in the Hospitality business in 1969. He has worked in such places as South Florida, New Orleans and New York City to name a few places, over a thirty year career.
Rollins has worked for Marriot, Holiday Inn, Westmark, Millennium and Embassy Suites hotels, as well as numerous Restaurants, Country Clubs and Catering operations over the course of his career.
He is well versed in Italian, French and Chinese cuisines; as well as numerous Regional American cuisines from coast to coast.
The aspect of his job he enjoys most is mentoring the younger managers and supervisors in the Food & Beverage Department. On the culinary side, he enjoys working with display arrangements, such as fruit and vegetable arrangements, ice and cheese sculptures.
