OYSTER, SPINACH & BACON SOUP
Ingredients
2 slices Applewood Bacon - cooked and diced
1/4 c Sour Cream
1 c Heavy Cream
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
1 t Tri-mix (salt, pepper, garlic)
1/2 c Spinach
8-10 Select Oysters
Method
In heated pan, add bacon and sour cream.
Heat for about one minute.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and let thicken.
Add Tri-mix, spinach and oysters.
Garnish with tomatoes and additional spinach.
