As the oldest brewery in South Carolina, we've been making great beer since 1993. We got our start during a windsurfing trip to the Columbia River Gorge. While sipping beer from a local brewery during a windsurfing break, we decided Charleston deserved more than yellow fizzy beer - they deserved a brewery to call their own. Join us for a taste.Feeling thirsty? Stop by the Palmetto Tasting Room for a few frothy sips of one our special releases or one of our trusty year-round staples. Available in 4-ounce flights, 8-ounce toasters or 16-ounce pints. Patrons can also enjoy our local restaurant, Graze, during open hours. Boiled peanuts, fried pickles, and Turkey BLTS are some of the many items we offer to our guests.

Brewery tours are offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 6:00 pm, Fridays at 5:00 pm and Saturday before 6:00 pm. Please note that tours are always subject to change (private events, late brew days, live music, etc...)
