Smoked Salmon Dressing

Yields 6 Cups

Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Dressing

3 lbs Smoked Salmon
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Heavy Mayonnaise
2 oz Anchovies
1 tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup Garlic, chopped
½ tbsp Tabasco
¼ cup Fresh Dill, chopped

Method for Smoked Salmon Dressing

• Pull cream cheese from cooler and allow to soften.
• Place anchovies and garlic in robo coupe and process until coarse.
• Add Mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and Tabasco sauce to process until anchovies and garlic are small flecks.
• Add softened cream cheese and pulse until completely incorporated.
• Add chopped fresh dill and pulse until completely incorporated.
• Mix the Salmon Dressing with the smoked salmon and serve with toast points.
