Blue Moon is a Nashville tradition on the Cumberland River recently reborn after being swept away by the flood of 2010. The only restaurant on the water in Nashville, it serves Americana food in a fun outdoor atmosphere. The reborn Blue Moon is casual, but the overall ambience is second to none. Patrons walk onto a floating barge and follow the dock to enter the restaurant. The famous grit cakes are must have appetizers. Whether you arrive by car or boat - there are indoor and outdoor dining areas and roll-up doors that open to the gentle breezes coming from the river.
