Sushi Nachos

Makes 4 Nachos

Ingredients for Sushi Nachos

4 Fried Wonton Crisps, 2 wontons cut in half
4 slices Cajun Seasoned Seared Tuna (sear on each side for 30 seconds and place in refrigerator to cool down before slicing)
3 tbsp Soy Chili Vinaigrette
Wasabi Aioli
Pickled Ginger
Sesame Seeds
Sliced Avocado

Ingredients for Wasabi Aioli

2 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Wasabi Paste
1 tsp Lime Juice

Ingredients for Soy Chili Vinaigrette

1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Green Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
¼ tsp Fresh Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Black Pepper, to taste

Method for Wasabi Aioli

• Mix all ingredients with a whisk.

Method for Soy Chili Vinaigrette

• Mix all ingredients with a whisk.

Method for Sushi Nachos

• Place the wontons down on your favorite plate and place a slice of avocado on each wonton.
• Continue to build in this order: seared tuna, soy chili vinaigrette, pickled ginger, wasabi aioli, and sesame seeds.
