Peppered Mustard Salmon

Serves 4-6

Ingredients for Peppered Mustard Salmon

½ cup Dijon Mustard
½ cup Honey
4-6 Salmon Fillets
Mixed Greens
1 slice Red Onion
1 Tomato, cut in wedges
dried Cranberries
toasted Pine Nuts
Balsamic V

Method for Peppered Mustard Salmon

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Grill salmon 2-3 minutes on each side and remove from heat.
• Mix honey and mustard together and pour over salmon, sprinkle with fresh crushed black pepper.
• Bake for 5 to 7 minutes to the temperature of your liking.

Method for Salad

• Combine salad greens, dried cranberries, pine nuts, onion, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar.

To Plate

• Place Salmon on top of salad mixture and serve.
