Our menus change frequently, inspired by the seasonal bounty of Lowcountry produce, cultural traditions from around the world, and contemporary culinary ideas. Chef Brandon Carter and his team are continually crafting a menu that displays assertive flavors, layers of complexity, and international hat tipping. Our sourcing philosophy puts quality and relationships first. We believe that handshakes and text messages (with dozens of farmers, fishermen and other purveyors) make for a more interesting menu than a single, consolidated delivery or two. We are part of a network of people who are working together to connect with the roots of our food, and to honor the hands that touch it along the way. We celebrate traditions that friends and relative-strangers have shared with us, and we proudly present dishes that are inspired by the work that others have invested in for generations. We are honored to be sharing the stories that bring our menu to life. Our service is genuine. We love what we do, and everyone who walks in the building can feel it. Our dining room is "cozy" (tight ;) with a rustic refinement and a real community feel. That spirit of community is what makes FARM special. That spirit of community is what makes FARM possible. We are grateful for the opportunity to try to knock your socks off, and we look forward to welcoming you to FARM soon.
