DTB, short for “Down the Bayou”, is one of the brightest rising stars of New Orleans’ restaurant world. The Oak Street newcomer debuted this spring with a focus on contemporary Cajun cuisine, paying homage to the Louisiana roots of owners Carl Schaubhut and Jacob Naquin. The revolving menu of creative, coastal-inspired dishes, along with a cutting edge cocktail program, continues to attract attention from local and national press, including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
