6-12 oz New York Strip Steak
Cracked Black Peppercorns
2 oz Jameson Irish Whisky
6 oz Heavy Cream
1 Medium Tomato (skinned and diced)
3 T Vegetable Oil


  • Place each steak on serving plate.
  • Spoon sauce over 1/3 of the steak.
  • Serve with baked potato and any fresh vegetable.


  • Heat oil in skillet until hot.
  • Coat steaks with peppercorn's evenly.
  • Sear steaks on both sides.
  • Remove from skillet and put in baking tray in oven at 325 degrees until desired temperature.
  • Reheat same skillet and flame with Jameson Irish Whisky.
  • Cook high for 1 minutes, add cream and reduce by half.
  • Add diced tomatoes.
