Chef, Owner & Pastry Chef Caitlind M. DiFabio
Having grown up in her family’s restaurant in Madisonville, Ky, Caity DiFabio is a long-time veteran of the Kentucky restaurant scene. In 2010, at the tender age of 22, Chef Difabio embarked on her own restaurant journey by opening a second location of her family’s restaurant, DiFabio’s Casapela, in Louisville, Ky. With the support and backing of her family and friends and with fresh roots in the Louisville restaurant market, Caity has cultivated valuable relationships with other area restaurants; having worked in many of them in a variety of capacities prior to 2010.
