Tagliatele Verde con Aragosta e Olio di Tartufo

Ingredients

2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Whole Zucchini
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
2 T Chopped Italian Parsley
4 lb Lobster, Precooked, Meat Only
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 T Truffled Oil

Method

  • Sauté finely chopped garlic with the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Make sure you use moderate heat so the garlic won’t burn.
  • Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add lobster meat cut in cubes.
  • Add parsley.
  • Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add julienne zucchini, mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Finish off with truffled oil.
  • Cook pasta separately, add sauce to pasta and serve.
