INGREDIENTS:
2- 8 OZ. SKINNED WILD KING SALMON
METHOD:
RUB EACH SIDE WITH AUSTIN LAND & CATTLE CHILE RUB AND GRILL
APPROXIMATELY 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. TWO (2) MINUTES BEFORE
REMOVING FROM THE GRILL DRIZZEL SESAME GLAZE ON TOP OF SALMON AND
SERVE WITH TEXMATI RICE AND GRILLED VEGGIES.
SESAME GLAZE RECIPE
1 CUP SPICEWOOD HONEY
4 TBL SPOONS SESAME OIL
3 TBL SPOONS CRUSHED RED PEPPER
3 TBL SPOONS MINCED GARLIC
3 TBL SPOONS CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
ADD A PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER
