Chef Jeff Mahony

McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant has named Jeff Mahony as Executive Chef. Mahony has more than 16 years experience in the restaurant industry, most of them working with seafood and fresh fish.

Mahony began his career at the Pelican Fish restaurant in Fort Collins, CO. During his tenure, Mahony worked his way up from host to executive chef and eventually, general manager. During his tenure the restaurant received “Best Seafood” restaurant and also “Best Restaurant” from the reader’s choice by the Fort Collins Coloradoan..

After leaving the Pelican Fish Company, Mahony helped to open Fins Fish Market and Grill and worked in the restaurant and banquet facility at the Omni Interlocken Resort..

In 2002, he began working at McCormick’s Fish House & Bar, sister concept to McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant. “After working with the McCormick & Schmick family of restaurants for the past two years, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead this new effort,”
