CORN SOUFFLÉ PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs 2 T sugar pinch salt 16 oz cream-style corn 2 oz butter, melted
1/2 C milk
3 1/2 T flour
2 t baking powder

METHOD

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs well and then add the rest if the ingredients in the order in which they are given above. Pour this mixture in 8 buttered ramekins.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until puffed up and golden.
