Ingredients

1 1/2 C tomato, chopped
2 T cilantro, chopped
3 T red onion, chopped
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
2 t lemon juice
1 jalapeño, chopped
2 avocado, chopped
4 oz blue crab claw meat
12 shrimp, cooked, medium chopped

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Serve in a fluted glass with warm corn chips.
