Chef David Gewirtz

Recently added chef, David Gewirtz, is a culinary graduate from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Before becoming part of the La Bocca team he worked for Houston’s as a kitchen manager. He left in order to spread his wings and create a truly refined yet rustic menu featuring as many local and organic products as possible. The menu at La Bocca changes with seasons and homemade daily specials are a staple.
