Smoked Salmon Rangoons



1 LB Cream Cheese
12 oz Fresh Salmon, Smoked
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 TB Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 tsp Tabasco Sauce
2 oz Fresh Dill
2 oz Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg Wonton Wrapper


1. Mix all ingredients together well, except smoked salmon.
2. Fold in smoked salmon, taking care not to break it apart.
3. Place 1 TB of filling in each wonton wrapper.
4. Using a pastry brush, wet all sides of wonton with water.
5. Bring all corners in, sealing each side tightly to form a Rangoon.
6. Heat oil to 375 degrees and fry until golden brown and crispy.
