Ingredients for Kodiak Filet

¾ lb Filet
2 spears Asparagus
2 oz King Crab
2-3 oz hand whipped Bearnaise

Method for Kodiak Filet

• Broil Filet to your preference of temperature.
• Saute or Broil Asparagus until fork tender.
• Boil or Steam king crab legs.
• Start with filet, then top with sauteed asparagus
• Add king crab portion and top with hand whipped bearnaise sauce.
• Sprinkle with parsley flake and serve with your choice of starch.
