2 lb Tilapia, 1/4" dice
2 lb Scallops, 1/4" dice
3 lb Shrimp, 1/4" dice
2 cups Lime Juice
2 cups Lemon Juice
2 cups Orange Juice
2 bunches Green Onion, finely sliced
1 cup Capers
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/2 cup fresh Basil, chopped
1/2 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp fresh Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper, to taste
