Herbed Gorgonzola Cheesecake with Bacon & Shallot


Ingredients for Crust

1 3/4 cup fresh Bread Crumbs from Brioche
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese (about 3 oz.)
6 tbsp Butter, melted

Method for Crust

• Mix ingredients and press into pans. Cook at 325º for 15 min. and then at 250º for 10 min. until firm and crisp. Hold until needed.
