INGREDIENTS:
12 BONES SLAB OF RIBS
½ SLAB OF RIBS (6 BONES)
2 OZ BBQ SAUCE
3 OZ FRENCH FRIES
1 TEASPOON OF KOSHER SALT AND PEPPER
2 c Corn Relish
2 OZ SLAW
METHOD:
GRILL RIBS UNTIL HOT
BASTE RIBS ON BOTH SIDES WITH BBQ SAUCE; ADD KOSHER SALT AND PEPPER
PLACE ON OVAL PLATTER WITH SKILLET OF CORN RELISH, FRIES, AND A RAMEKIN OF SLAW
