TUNA CON POMODORI ´E OLIVE

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 lbs Ahi Tuna, cut into 6oz. steaks
1 pt cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 lb good quality olives, pitted
1 bunch Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped coarsely
drizzle olive oil
to taste salt
to taste pepper

O SERVE

  • Place tuna on individual plate and top with mixture.
  • Drizzle with additional olive oil and enjoy!

    METHOD

  • Halve cherry tomatoes and place in bowl with diced onion, parsley, and olives.
  • Mix together and add olive oil until all of the ingredients are well coated.
  • Add salt & pepper to personal taste. Set mixture aside and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • While mixture is marinating, grill tuna steaks over a high flame for about 2-3 minutes on each side depending on desired doneness.
