TUNA CON POMODORI ´E OLIVE

Ingredients

2 lbs Ahi Tuna, cut into 6oz. steaks
1 pt cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 lb good quality olives, pitted
1 bunch Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped coarsely
drizzle olive oil
to taste salt
to taste pepper

O SERVE

  • Place tuna on individual plate and top with mixture.
  • Drizzle with additional olive oil and enjoy!
