Ingredients for Pan Fried Red Snapper

7 oz Red Snapper
1 portion Vegetables
2 oz Garlic Ginger Butter Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Fried Pickled Ginger
2 oz yellow Corn Flour
2 oz Clarified Butter

Method for preparation

• Place 10” sauté pan on burner with clarified butter.
• Coat Snapper in seasoned flour and place in pan.
• Sauté vegetables.
• Arrange on fish staub, sauce and garnish with ginger.
