Ingredients For Nutella Pound Cake

1 lb Bread Flour
1 lb Unsalted Butter
1 lb Granulated Sugar
8 large Eggs
½ cup Nutella

Method for Nutella Pound Cake

• In a kitchen aid mixer (using the whip attachment), cream the butter, sugar, and nutella on medium high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy about 3 minutes.
• Slowly add 1 egg at a time to the mix until they are incorporated.
• Turn the speed down to the slowest setting and fold the flour into the mixture.
• To cook the pound cake preheat an oven to 350°. Butter and sugar a small ramekin or an espresso cup, place some of the batter into the cup until it is ⅔ full.
• Bake the pound cake for 10 minutes or until you can place a toothpick or wooden skewer into the middle of cake and it remains clean.
