Chilled Passion Fruit Soup

Ingredients for Chilled Passion Fruit Soup

1 11.5 oz Welch’s® Passion Fruit Concentrate
2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Orange, juiced
1 cup Champagne, extra sec or extra dry
1/4 cup slivered Almonds, toasted
1 fresh sprig Mint

Method for Chilled Passion Fruit Soup

• In a medium bowl, combine the passion fruit, yogurt, sour cream and orange juice.
• Whisk until smooth.
• Reserve and keep chilled. (The soup base may be prepared a few days in advance).
• Just before serving, whisk the champagne into the prepared soup base.
