Makes 10 3-oz crab cakes

Ingredients for Crab Cakes

1 cup Mayonnaise
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp dry Mustard
2 tsp Parsley
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1 1/2 cup Saltine Cracker Crumbs
Paprika
1 stick Melted Butter
Chipolte Mayonnaise

Method for Crab Cakes

• In small bowl mix mayonnaise, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard and parsley until smooth.
• Fold in crab meat. Add cracker crumbs.
• Lightly toss.
• Refrigerate for 20 minutes. [Important]
• Mold together gently.
• Sprinkle paprika. Add melted butter on top.
• Preheat oven 350 degrees.
• Cook until lightly brown.
• Drizzle Chipolte mayonnaise on top
