Chef Tracy Cywinski

There’s no rule saying to master the flavors of a place one must be from that place. But for executive sous chef, Tracy Cywinski, being born, bred and a graduate of the Restaurant School right here in town has forever intermixed Philadelphia and excellent cookery. From her earliest moments at the Sheraton Society Hill, Chef Tracy’s passion for food was clear as she excelled in the hotel's culinary department in roles from banquet first cook to pastry chef. Then in 2007, she rose to executive sous chef to lead the culinary portion of the hotel's restaurants. From recipes, menus, and selection of ingredients, the development of Taste food profiles have been greatly influenced by Chef Tracy.
