CRAB DIP FOR 2

Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients

2 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t Tabasco
1 T Lemon Juice
1 oz White Wine
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning
pinch Salt
2 T Red Onion, finely diced
3 T Sour Cream
4 T Béchamel Sauce (see recipe this page)
7 oz Jumbo Lump Crabmeat

Method

  • Combine all ingredients but crabmeat and stir.
  • Gently fold in crabmeat, so as not to break up lumps.
  • Top with pinch of grated parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Bake in ovenproof dish for approximately 19 minutes at 425 degrees or until golden brown.
  • Serve with favorite toast or crackers.
