Spaghetti and Meatballs


4-6 servings


1/2 t garlic, finely minced 3/4 C seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese 1 t salt 20 oz ground beef 1-1/2 T parsley, chopped
1 egg
6 T milk
1 T olive oil


• Combine garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, and salt together.
• Mix beef, parsley, eggs & milk together with bread crumb mixture.
• Mix well by hand until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
• Mix only until combined and form into 16 evenly sized meatballs (approximately 2 oz per meatball).
• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add meatballs and brown on all sides until cooked through.
• Finish cooking in a 350° oven (about 10 minutes.
