Mack’s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients for Mack’s Peach Cobbler

15 fresh Georgia Peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 cup chopped Pecans
5 cups Yellow Cake Mix
1 lb Margarine, cut in 1/2
1 cup Water

Method for Mack’s Peach Cobbler

• In a large pot, simmer peaches and 1/2 margarine in water for 10 minutes.
• Add sugar and cinnamon. Pour mixture into 1/2 size 4” baking pan.
• Melt remaining margarine, and mix with pecans and cake mix.
• Spoon loosely over peaches, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 350º, until crust is golden brown.
