Ingredients for Southern Barbecued Shrimp
24 large Shrimp, peeled & deveined
12 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon
4 Bamboo Skewers
Ingredients for Southern Peach Barbecue Sauce
1 16 oz bottle of your favorite Barbecue Sauce
1 cup pureed Georgia Peaches

Method for Southern Barbecued Shrimp

• Blanch bacon to render some fat.
• Cut each slice in half and let cool.
• Wrap each shrimp with bacon slice and skewer six shrimp on to skewer.
• Grill shrimp and baste with peach barbecue sauce.
