Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients for Barbeque Sauce

1 cup Shrimp stock
1 cup Savannah Fest Beer (or any lager of your preference)
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp chopped Garlic
1/8 tsp Red Pepper
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp crushed Red Pepper
1/4 tsp dry Thyme
1/4 tsp dry Rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp dry Oregano
1 lb large Shrimp (shell on)
1 stick cold Butter

Method for Barbeque Sauce

• In a large saute pan melt 1/4 a stick of the butter. Sear shrimp at a high heat with shell on until they start to turn pink.
• Add all your dry ingredients, Worcestershire and garlic. Cook for one minute.
• Add beer and garlic. Let it cook for two more minutes.
• Add stock and keep on high heat. Let the mixture reduce by 1/4, maybe three more minutes.
• While briskly shaking the pan add remaining butter, a little at a time unti all is incorportated and the sauce thickens slightly.
• Serve immediately with bread.
