Cajun Shrimp Tortellini

Ingredients for Cajun Shrimp Tortellini

6-8 21/25 Jumbo Shrimp, peeled & deveined, tail on
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 grated Parmesan Cheese
1 package frozen or fresh Cheese Tortellini (cooked and drained)
chopped Scallions

Method for Cajun Shrimp Tortellini

• Sauté shrimp, butter, garlic and parsley until shrimp is 3/4 done.
• Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until shrimp are completely done.
• Add tortellini to sauce and blend. Add chopped scallions to finish.
