Owners of Fathoms Restaurant and Bar, Timothy and Meredith Hoffman, and Benjamin and Valeria Voisin teamed up with Fathoms' Executive Chef, Fabrice Deletrain, and Fathoms' General Manager, Kathy Stephan to take Black Salt to the next level.
