The Summit House is designed as a replica of the classic English inn, perched conspicuously overlooking the “countryside” of North Orange County. Walking into the Summit House, one senses activity, the sounds of the laughter and good times. The spit is hung with roasting beefs, ducks, marinated pork racks, tankards filled with the finest wines, and a table heaped with sweets and such. For dinner, Chef Timothy’s specialty is a magnificent prime ribs of beef, slow roasted all day, that is so tender (we’ve been told) you can cut it with a fork! So for your next special occasion, whether it be an intimate get-together for two, or two hundred of your closest friends, join us at “The Summit.” If you happen to sit by the window in one of our big over-stuffed chairs, or in a cozy booth by the fireside, you won’t want to leave! See you soon. —Gary Parkinson, Proprietor.
