Spicy Tuna Tartar


5 oz Sashimi grade Ahi Tuna, finely chopped
1 T Masago (smelt egg)
1-2 T sesame chili oil
1 T Ponzu Sauce
1 T mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced into 4-6 pieces
4 wonton skins, sliced in half and deep fried
to golden brown


  • Mix tuna, masago, sesame chili oil, ponzu sauce and mayo in small bowl
  • Form the mixture into a tower on a flat plate
  • Add the sliced avocado on top for garnishment
  • Place fried wonton around the plate for dipping
