Spicy Tuna Tartar
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Sashimi grade Ahi Tuna, finely chopped
1 T Masago (smelt egg)
1-2 T sesame chili oil
1 T Ponzu Sauce
1 T mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced into 4-6 pieces
4 wonton skins, sliced in half and deep fried
to golden brown
METHOD
Mix tuna, masago, sesame chili oil, ponzu sauce and mayo
in small bowl
Form the mixture into a tower on a flat plate
Add the sliced avocado on top for garnishment
Place fried wonton around the plate for dipping
