GRILLED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
Ingredients
1 jar Antonello Livornese Sauce*
1 T Colavita extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb portobello mushrooms, fresh
1/2 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
* Sauces can be purchased at Antonello’s, Von’s, Ralphs, Gelsons
and Bristol Farms.
Method
Slice portobello mushrooms lengthwise 1/4 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in pan on medium-high heat.
Place mushrooms flat side down and brown about 3 minutes.
Turn mushrooms over, add sauce and heat until gently bubbling.
Remove from heat and garnish with Italian parsley.
