Inka Grill was founded on the
home-style cooking of Ana
María Montoya-Ives. Born in a
small fishing village in a northern
province of Perú, she came
to California in the early 1980s
with two small children and a dream to make it in America.
Working her way up in the food and hotel industry, she honed her
ideas and developed what has become her vision of Peruvian cuisine,
which we hope is what you are about to enjoy here today.
Many of our recipes were handed
down to Ana by her grandmother,
Juanita and her mother
Forunata. These are traditional
dishes from the north and
mountain regions of Perú. All of
our ingredients are the freshest and are prepared to order.
Perfection takes times, so sit back and enjoy one of our wonderful
specialty drinks or choose a bottle of wine from our extensive
wine list, and enjoy a little bit of Perú.
