Spaghetti Carbonara


Serves 2

Ingredients for Marinade:

1 lb. spaghetti al dente
4 egg whites
8 oz. diced pancetta
6 oz. parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
black cracked pepper to taste


1. At medium heat place olive oil and pancetta into sauté pan. Sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in al dente spaghetti distributing olive oil and pancetta. Add raw egg whites to pan as you continue to sauté and toss for about a minute (egg whites will cook).
3. Toss in parmesan cheese to mixture. Crack black pepper on top, as desired. Serve.
