1 lb Fresh Lump Crab
Parsley
1 Egg White
½ ea White Onion (chopped)
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ Soup spoon mustard
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil, for frying

Method for Crab Cakes

• Mix ingredients together and spoon into small round portions. Sear them in olive oil.
