PAN SEARED CRAB CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

Pound of fresh lump crab
Parsley
One egg white
½ White onions (chopped)
One glove garlic (chopped)
½ cup mayo
½ Soup spoon mustard
1 Cup of bread crumbs

METHOD:

Mix ingredients together and spoon into small round portions sear them in olive oil.
