Crab Cakes for Two


Serves 2

Ingredients for Crab Cake

1 lb Jumbo lump Crab Meat
4 oz Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup small diced Red and Gold Peppers
2 Scallions, chopped
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
Japanese Breadcrumbs

Method for Crab Cake

  • Pick through crab and remove shells.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and gently fold into crab meat
  • Form mixture into 4 equal size balls
  • Roll in Japanese breadcrumbs and flatten
  • Chill for 2 hours
  • Saute over medium heat until golden brown and hot in the center
  • Serve with Lemon Aioli
