Pomegranate Shrimp



4 jumbo tiger shrimp
2 cloves of garlic
2 oz. of pomegranate syrup
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 oz. white wine
1 pinch of chili powder
1 pinch of salt & pepper


1. Add olive oil in hot skillet
2. Place shrimp in pan when hot and cook shrimp on one side until cooked (shrimp turns orange)
3. Add garlic, chili powder, salt & pepper
4. Pour pomegranate syrup over shrimp
5. Flip Shrimp
6. Cook shrimp on other side, reducing the pomegranate mixture by 50%
7. Add white wine to deglaze pan
8. Serve immediately. Best served over couscous, rice or lettuce.
